Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RUNN purchase. If you're not happy with your gear for any reason, we're here to help with a return or exchange.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@runn.fit with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the most efficient way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new product as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping for Returns

For most returns, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. In cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product back to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective. This includes:

  • Water bottles (if the seal is broken).
  • Face towels.
  • Any item that shows signs of use.
